2. In short

  • We set no cookies and use no analytics or tracking tools and no advertising networks.
  • Fonts, images, games and the movie are served by this website itself, not by Google or other third parties.
  • The mini games run entirely in your browser. No data is sent to us or stored while you play.
  • We only receive personal data if you choose to write to us via the feedback form or by email.

3. Hosting and server log files

This website is delivered via Cloudflare Pages, a service of Cloudflare, Inc., 101 Townsend St., San Francisco, CA 94107, USA. When you visit it, Cloudflare processes technically necessary data (IP address, date and time, requested address, referrer, browser and operating system) in order to deliver the website quickly through its global network and to protect it against attacks. The legal basis is Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR; our legitimate interest is the secure and stable operation of the website. We do not analyze this data ourselves. To fend off attacks and bots, Cloudflare may in individual cases set technically necessary security cookies; we do not set any cookies ourselves.

We have a data processing agreement with Cloudflare (Data Processing Addendum, Art. 28 GDPR). Data may be transferred to the USA and other countries. Cloudflare is certified under the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework (adequacy decision, Art. 45 GDPR); in addition, the EU standard contractual clauses apply (Art. 46 GDPR).

4. Feedback form

If you write to us via the feedback form, we process your message and – only if you choose to provide them – your first name, email address, favorite monster and a photo of your colored picture, plus the selected language and the time. The data is sent to this website in encrypted form and stored in storage at Cloudflare that only we can access (Cloudflare Workers KV). We use it exclusively to read your message and, if you wish, to reply.

The legal basis is your consent (Art. 6 (1) (a) GDPR), which you can withdraw at any time for the future by email. We delete messages once they have been handled; after six months at the latest they are deleted automatically. An invisible spam protection field is included. In addition, we store a non-reversible check value (hash) of your IP address for no more than ten minutes to prevent mass submissions; we do not store the IP address itself.

Where your browser supports it, photos are scaled down before they are sent. Embedded extra data such as the time or location of the shot is removed in the process. We do not store the photo’s file name.

The form is intended for parents and for persons aged 16 or older. Please do not send photos in which children can be recognized, and do not send children’s names.

5. Contact by email

If you email us, we process your details to answer your request (Art. 6 (1) (b) or (f) GDPR) and delete them once the request has been completed, unless retention obligations apply.

6. Downloads and QR codes

You can download the bonus coloring pages without signing up. The QR codes in the book lead via www.inspairedstudio.com to this website or to Amazon’s review page; apart from the server log data mentioned in section 3, no data is collected.

7. Links to Amazon

Our website contains simple links to Amazon (e.g. “See it on Amazon”). No Amazon content is embedded and no data is sent to Amazon unless you click the link. After clicking, Amazon’s privacy notice applies. These are not affiliate links.

8. Your rights

You have the right of access (Art. 15 GDPR), rectification (Art. 16), erasure (Art. 17), restriction of processing (Art. 18), data portability (Art. 20) and to object to processing based on Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR (Art. 21). You can withdraw any consent at any time. Just write to hello@inspairedstudio.com.
