Good to know
What age is the book for?
For kids ages 6 and up. The story is great for reading aloud, and younger children love coloring the monster pages, too.
Is it scary?
No. The monsters are funny and the story is exciting but never spooky. In the end the sun comes up and everybody celebrates together.
Can my child use markers?
Yes. Every picture is printed on its own page and the backs are blank. For very wet markers, slip a piece of cardboard underneath.
Is there a German edition?
Yes, “Monster-Mischmasch” tells the same story in German. Each edition is in one language only.
How do we find Pip?
Pip hides on every one of the 36 monster pages. The answer page shows a grid with the part of the picture he is hiding in.
